Using this site
By using redcomgroup.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The site is provided for information about Redcom Technologies and to let you get in touch with us.
Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting a contact form, call request or project brief starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, a binding quote or an obligation on either side. Any engagement between Redcom and a client is governed by a separate signed agreement.
Indicative budget ranges, timelines and capability descriptions on this site are illustrative and depend entirely on the scope of the specific project.
Content and intellectual property
The design, text, code, illustrations and layout of this site belong to Redcom Technologies. You may read, share and link to it, but you may not copy, republish or reuse substantial parts of it commercially without written permission.
Case studies describe work delivered for clients. Client names, product names, logos and any figures published in those case studies belong to those clients and are used to describe our involvement, not to claim ownership of their products.
Accuracy
We keep the information on this site current and accurate as far as we reasonably can, but it is provided as-is and without warranty. Nothing here should be treated as professional, technical or legal advice for your specific situation.
Third-party links
Where the site links to a client platform, app store or other external website, we are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of that site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Redcom Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.
Privacy and cookies
Any personal information you send through this site is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. It explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights under POPIA.
This site sets only strictly necessary cookies. It carries no advertising cookies, analytics cookies or cross-site tracking, and the Field Notes mailing list is opt-in only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Questions can be sent to Info@redcomgroup.com.
